Dear Student, Resident, and Junior AAPM members:
The Slam competition will serve as the regional qualifier for the upcoming MedPhys Slam Competition at the AAPM national meeting. Slam participants will offer a three-minute, elevator-pitch-style presentations on their original research aimed at sharing the significance of their science in a compelling yet understandable manner. Presentations will be judged by non-physicists, thereby emphasizing clarity and quality of a scientific presentation to a diverse audience. The winner of the MedPhys Slam Competition will be receive prize money for the registration to attend AAPM national meeting.
