Why join the Midwest Chapter of the AAPM?
We are a diverse group of medical physicists in the midwest interested in connecting with other physicists. The mission of the AAPM is to advance the science, education and professional practice of medical physics. If you are a radiation physicist, diagnostic physicist, health physicist, or just interested in networking with physicists in this region then MWAAPM is probably right for you.
How To Get Involved
Please fill out our application form and submit it to us for approval. This will also add you to our mailing list. Membership dues are payable through the annual National AAPM renewal process. Membership fees for the MWAAPM are as follows:
- Member – $25.00 annual fee open to members of the AAPM.
- Associate member – $10.00 annual fee open to anyone interested in medical physics.
- Student member – free to student members of the AAPM.
How To Nominate Someone for a Future Office
If you are interested in volunteering as an officer of the MWCAAPM, click on the button below. When particular positions are open, a “call for nominations” will be sent to the membership.
